Ian, this is truly wonderful - very moving. Not to be silly, but 'timeless' comes to mind.

Is this your work?

Marvellous Ian, very subtle - I look forward to more moveletting.

hi casdok! thanks.

johnny, I only wish the quality was better. I'm looking into camcorders but I don't want to become the stereotypical camcorder owner. how to avoid this?

How to avoid being the stereotypical camcorderer? Being Ian Russell helps surely! Paint it all over to make it look more arty (might interfere with the warranty though).

It's a bit like mobile phones now isn't it - back in the 80s we used to think I'll never be like those guys hollering into a brick, and now almost everyone's got one and I capitualed and got one too. Now everyone gets a little camcorder function thrown in on their mobile phones, along with a torch, a radio, and the device for getting horses hooves out of boy scouts.

true! I saw the end of an interview last night with neil young, the singer, songwriter - apparently he's into film making too. sort of indie-shaky, film noire amateur. i'm sure he'd be good at movelets.
